Returns & Exchange Policy

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • We will ensure that all items that leave our warehouse are in good condition before shipping them. However, should the items be damaged upon receipt, kindly email us within 3 days of receiving your parcel with photograph(s) of the damage(s). We will reply you within the next business day.

  • We will provide a store credit (excluding shipping costs and discounts) in the form of an online code .

  • Please be reminded to email us before you return any parcel. We reserve the right to reject any parcels if we have not been contacted beforehand.
